Swante was an absolute angel to my family and me. It’s summertime in Las Vegas, so the heat was no joke yet he never once complained. We test drove three different cars, and every single time he helped remove and reinstall my daughter’s car seat with a smile. He was patient, kind, and made sure my family was comfortable every step of the way. I originally came in looking for a used car, but Swante truly listened to what I wanted and somehow got me into a brand-new 2026 Toyota C-HR. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I never once felt pressured only supported. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made what could have been a stressful day into a really great day. Manny Mendoza helped me get checked in for an oil change service and he was phenomenal. Super helpful and ensured all that I might need was taken care of. Would recommend him and this location to anyone looking for good service. Also my tech Oscar was quick with my service and made sure everything was in perfect condition. Both people who helped were great all around, 5/5 stars.

He was patient and helped me find the best fit for me and my needs. He also has checked up on me and reminded me of things for my car even after I made the purchase. Overall fantastic experience!

Many took care of me when I last visited but I’ve been coming here for 5 years now. I really like their work and customer service. My only complaint is the wait time. My appointment was at 8:30am and I didn’t get out of there until almost 11am.
