Worked with sales consultant Nariman for a trade in and purchase of a pre owned vehicle. Great experience. They helped us get into something we were looking for that fit our budget and desires. We would recommend Centennial Toyota and would work with Nariman again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable Associates. During your wait you have customary water coffee and donuts in the morning. They are very service oriented and take care of you from start to finish.

Update: I was reluctant to come back and only did so based off of proximity and necessity. However, service was outstanding this go around and there have been massive improvements since my last visit. Tim was straight to the point and communicated everything that was needed without trying to sell me hinges. Bottom line up front. I'd rather drive the 40 minutes to Findlay Toyota in Henderson than deal with this service department or Daniel Grossardt again. This is the second time visiting for an oil change today. When requesting the oil change I asked for a tailgate shock that I've seen physically damaged/inoperable to be replaced. The doofus by the name of Daniel Grossardt proceeds to argue with me that it's the hinges. I further explain to him it isn't and that I have even laid eyes on the broken part. Because Daniel can't seem to lay off the pipe, he proceeds to bring up hinges he wants to sell at an astronomical price. I decline and just buy the part I need and head home. The result of the tailgate issue, which I was willing to pay for, was resolved in 30 minutes. Oh and there was also a large streak of green residue left on the side of the truck bed. Leaving two stars because the service department promptly fixed the parking brake they somehow messed up during a tire rotation during a different visit. I come to a dealership for the sake of convenience due to having a very tight and busy work schedule. Not to do the jobs of the reps and mechanics because they can't seem to get it together.

We had a couple hiccups in the delivery of our new Land Cruiser, but the salesman were fabulous and making everything perfect even though we had to wait several days to get the vehicle. They made sure that our windows were tinted and we were taking care of they even offered to deliver the vehicle to us if we needed it and we left really far.

I appreciate the service, I like the new updates where they send you a video of your inspection at the end. Thank you Jason K. For taking care of me!
