Luxury can be found in some unexpected places. You don’t need to visit a luxury car dealership to find a high-quality model; you just need to get behind the wheel of the 2022 Toyota Avalon Hybrid, where you’ll find amazing amenities, efficiency, and the kind of reliability we’ve all come to know and love from Toyota.
It’s all waiting for you at our Las Vegas Toyota dealership!
While it’s similar to its gas-only sibling in many ways, the 2022 Toyota Avalon Hybrid is not identical. The biggest difference is its powertrain, consisting of an electric motor working in tandem with a 205-horsepower inline four-cylinder engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Output is slightly lower, but the tradeoff is higher efficiency — up to 43 miles per gallon combined fuel economy.
Standard features are as generous in the Toyota Avalon Hybrid as they are on any other new Toyota vehicle. Complimentary features include Entune® infotainment, Android Auto™/Apple CarPlay® integration, USB-A and -C ports, power-adjusting front seats, and dual-zone climate control.
Options abound in the Toyota Avalon Hybrid. The XLE trim can be upgraded with wireless device charging and a power moonroof, while the XSE Nightshade trim makes these features standard, along with a sport-tuned suspension and other trim-specific accents. Either of these trims can be optioned with navigation and a premium JBL audio system.
The premium Limited trim makes these features standard, alongside leather upholstery, ambient lighting, 18-inch alloy wheels, and more.
How does the 2022 Toyota Avalon Hybrid earn a five-star NHTSA safety rating and an IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus award? It’s equipped with STAR™ passive safety features and Toyota Safety Sense™ driver assist aids. Take advantage of standard features including forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning with lane keep assist, steering assist, and active cruise control.
The Limited and Touring trims can be optioned with the Advanced Safety Package, which includes parking sensors, rear cross-traffic braking, and a 360-degree-view camera system.
Kelley Blue Book recommends the Toyota Avalon Hybrid for drivers “who just want a larger, well-equipped, super-comfortable car of better-than-mainstream quality.” Given its many standard features, its five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty, and two years/25,000 miles of ToyotaCare scheduled maintenance, we think you’ll love it.
