I just want to say how happy my husband and I were when we came to your car lot to look for a car to possibly purchase. What had started out as a what we were calling a "fun, adventure" soon turned so unpleasant as well as disappointing UNTIL we went to Centennial! -We actually walked off a couple lots due to treatment by the salesmen and the policies they were implementing to get us to buy a car from them.- Everyone, and I mean everyone we had any interaction with, including Manny, Randy and Silvino, were absolutely wonderful!!! As I said before and will say again~If the car is that great it should sell itself and Toyota does!!! We have repeatedly since purchasing this Corolla highly recommended your car lot and told them of course about Manny! Thank you again for being so great and treating us like we were and are valued!

We had a 2010 Tundra for 3 years the experience of owning and driving such a well made vehicle has been fantastic. The dealership service dept. is very courteous and caring about servicing your vehicle.--We received a letter from Toyota concerning the 2013 Tundra so we went to explore. We first met Jay Bakarji -salesman- and Randy Brooks -sales manager- and Godfrey. Between the 3 of these fine gentlemen we bought a 2013 Tundra. These individuals went out of their way to make our finances work and in the deal gave us highly discounted. Without the gentlemen efforts we would of never have upgraded to a 2013 Tundra.--This is my 6th Toyota vehicle that I have purchased from Centennial Toyota and each purchase has been very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership to all people because the staff cares about the service.

Mike Rodriguez in the Service Dept. of Centennial Toyota is the nicesr and most efficient service provider I have ever dealt with. He has assisted me the last couple of times I have taken my car in and made it such a pleasant experience. He gets the job done in a very timely fashion and takes care of the problem efficiently and politely. He is a real asset to Centennial Toyota and should be commended. One of my pet peeves is efficientcy and being treated politely as well. He does that -amp- more.

To everyone at Centennial, especially the boss. We visited Las Vegas last week to visit a sick friend soon after the 10,000 mile service was performed on our new Toyota. The tire pressure was incorrectly reduced to below specs. on all four tires during this service inspection. We stopped by your facility and asked your salesman Erik if he could help. He listened attentively to our situation and had the service department resolve our problem quickly and correctly. Thank you Erik and thank you to the folks in the service department. I met the General Sales Manager Mark he was a genuine nice guy he introduced me to Eldon who was very personable and up beat. He asked what I was looking for and I told him the 4Runner Limited I also told him my wife was pregnant and we had to be done by 1:00. Eldon knew his inventory in and out he took me to the 4Runner that I ended up buying. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I have now owned my new 2012 Toyota Tundra for aproximately two weeks. The experience of owning and driving such a well made vehicle has been fantastic. But I must tell you of the experience I had during the buying process was even betterg. Randy Brooks and the staff earned my business. I had a choice to take my business to other Toyota dealers here in Las Vegas but Randy made me feel at ease with the whole process. Randy and the staff were honest, knowledgeable, prompt with service and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They represented Centennial Toyota in a way that if I were the owner I would want them to. Randy and the staff are on the front lines so to speak with the customers and I want you to know from my experience they are doing a great job. As a real estate broker in Las Vegas since the 1980's I know the importance of servicing your clients. Found a 2008 Toyota Sequoia online last month and stopped by for a test drive. The sales manager Glenn was very friendly and knowledgable. No pressure at all and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I had been test driving several cars at local dealerships in the previous couple days and Centennial stands out from the rest. From the moment I pulled up everyone was nice and helpful; it felt like they wanted me to be happy and weren't just after the sale. After deciding this was the car for me, I met with Donte in Finance. Like the other Centennial employees he was awesome. I have annoyed many car dealership finance personnel over the years with questions and wanting to read everything. Donte was more than happy to explain anything I had a question on. No extra charges for anything and the price I was quoted was the price on the contract. My best car buying experience by far! My wife's lease expires next month on her car and we will be going back to Centennial!

We did all of our fact-finding, searching and negotiations through the internet and phone. This is the most difficult environment for purchasing a car, but with this dealership, everything seemed to come together as it should. The car was as represented, the paperwork was handled in the right order, instructions were clear, pricing was fair, and the dealership people were courteous and pleasant to work with. They even met us at the airport in our car when we came from Houston to pick up the vehicle. We met Slade for the first time in person there, went back to the dealership with him to finish the paperwork and get a tour of our new car. He was just as friendly, open and honest in person as he seemed over the phone. Unfortunately, we did not meet Slade's manager, Anthony, because it was already 8:00 PM when we arrived, but he was very helpful and polite when we were talking to him on the phone. Many people have horror stories about purchasing cars over the internet, but with these people at this dealership we have nothing but good things to report. If you want to try buying a car through internet sales, we would recommend that you wait until the car you want is at this dealership and then work it out with Slade Talbot and his manager Anthony. Integrity is everything in this kind of transaction, and we found it here. We just want to say thank you again to these amazing people.
