Found a 2008 Toyota Sequoia online last month and stopped by for a test drive. The sales manager Glenn was very friendly and knowledgable. No pressure at all and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I had been test driving several cars at local dealerships in the previous couple days and Centennial stands out from the rest. From the moment I pulled up everyone was nice and helpful; it felt like they wanted me to be happy and weren't just after the sale. After deciding this was the car for me, I met with Donte in Finance. Like the other Centennial employees he was awesome. I have annoyed many car dealership finance personnel over the years with questions and wanting to read everything. Donte was more than happy to explain anything I had a question on. No extra charges for anything and the price I was quoted was the price on the contract. My best car buying experience by far! My wife's lease expires next month on her car and we will be going back to Centennial!

We did all of our fact-finding, searching and negotiations through the internet and phone. This is the most difficult environment for purchasing a car, but with this dealership, everything seemed to come together as it should. The car was as represented, the paperwork was handled in the right order, instructions were clear, pricing was fair, and the dealership people were courteous and pleasant to work with. They even met us at the airport in our car when we came from Houston to pick up the vehicle. We met Slade for the first time in person there, went back to the dealership with him to finish the paperwork and get a tour of our new car. He was just as friendly, open and honest in person as he seemed over the phone. Unfortunately, we did not meet Slade's manager, Anthony, because it was already 8:00 PM when we arrived, but he was very helpful and polite when we were talking to him on the phone. Many people have horror stories about purchasing cars over the internet, but with these people at this dealership we have nothing but good things to report. If you want to try buying a car through internet sales, we would recommend that you wait until the car you want is at this dealership and then work it out with Slade Talbot and his manager Anthony. Integrity is everything in this kind of transaction, and we found it here. We just want to say thank you again to these amazing people.
